Send Attendees their Ticket in an SMS Message

An SMS (Short Message Service) enables you to send a text message to your attendees’ mobile phone. 

Note: The ability to send an SMS message is a paid service; to use this feature, you will need to provide valid invoice details in your Account settings > Customer details.

You can send an SMS to your participants with a sender name or phone number. The sender name can be up to 11 characters or 15 digits long.

In the message field, you can write your message and also insert tags to show the ticket link, time and date. You can also insert a link to the QR code. (It’s the same QR code as on the ticket, but even easier to open for the recipient when it’s time to check in for an event.) You insert the tags via the icons at the bottom of the message box.
